(현대사 한영 / 영한 번역 작업 유경험자 우대)

1. Interpretation : 정확한 의미전달이 가능한 동시 통역 능력
· Ability to translate up to 2500 words while on interpretation duty
· Flexibility in availability for interpretation assignments within 5 days’ notice
· Ability to attend and interpret for approximately 20 meetings per year such as conference calls, site visits, and public meetings
· Ability to interpret technical language pertaining to contracting, engineering and design, utilities, real estate, legal documents and discussions, market research, land surveys, general business, etc.
· Possess interpreting certifications

2. Translation: 대내외 문서 및 보고자료의 내용에 대해 업무의 연관성을 고려하여 의역 번역

3. Communication : 한국어와 영어 모두 능통하게 구사하는 인재로 양언어 사용자 간의 커뮤니케이션을 도와 업무 소통의 가교 역할이 가능한 인원

Required Qualifications and Experience
· Candidates must be proficient in the four basic communications skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking)
in Japanese.
· More than 3 years of interpreting and translating experience is preferred.
· ILR Level 3+ level of professional performance is preferred:
- Must be able to interpret accurately and consistently in the mode required by the setting and prove accurate renditions
of complex, colloquial and formal speech, conveying most details and nuances.
- Must be organized and be able to listen, comprehend, translate, and reproduce the original message after the speaker.

- Must be able to carry out oral translation from one language to another.
- Must be able to transfer the full meaning of a written text from one language to another.
- Must be proficient in verbal, written and oral communication; especially strong writing capability required
as creating in written form a message into spoken form is needed.
