Business Application Project Delivery

- Define project goal, main objectives, deliveries
-Develop, deploy and rollout functionality
- Solution definition and delivery (capacity, functionality, solution architecture and local infrastructure definition)
- Manages 3rd parties 
- Conduct gap analysis and to estimate system impact
- Manage transition of projects into production (hypercare) and Sustain phases.
- End user training definition and delivery

Business Application Operation
- Understand End-to-End process
- Manage IT Service Desk
- Lead the testing activities (MAT)

- Trouble shooting or define an incident 
- Leverage HQ solutions and co-work with HQ business and ISIT team

Education:  
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related field of study
• IS/IT Governance (e.g. ITIL, COBIT)
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)
• IS/IT Industry certification (e.g. software development, network, OS platform)

Experience (More than 7 years in most of the following)
• Working in retail and wholesale business area with good understanding
• Experience with Projects delivering retail IS and IT capabilities, e-commerce and SAP knowledge and work experience
• Cloud experience: Office 365, OneDrive, MS Azure and etc.
• Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment required
• Business Analysis
• IS/IT Governance
• ERP and e-Commerce
• Change Management
• Working in different corporate environments (Global iconic brand, multicultural, multinational, virtual)
