strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include coordinating business
operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring good customer service, identifying business
opportunities, and improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Improving revenue.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Formulate annual sales budget and follow up to reach the target
- Meet sales goals and objectives.
- Managing & support Sales and service business
- Supervising established client accounts.
- Handling customer clients as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.
- Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments,
or information collected during field activity to proper company staff.
- Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients
- Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients.
- Follow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity.
- Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials.
- Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships.
- Participating in marketing events like trade shows, seminars.
- Developing and implementing special sales activities in order to reduce stock.
- Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales.
- Coordinating with intercompany issue to clear customer complaint
- Provide training to new sales employees.
- Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required
