[담당업무]

1. Desk research
: Based on full understanding of client requirements and target market, responsible for sourcing candidates and creating target candidate list through various recruiting tools including internal database, direct search, search engines, social networks, etc.

2. Candidate screening and management
: Based on direction and instructions by consultants as well as job description, responsible for screening and assessing candidates through phone and face to face interviews with the consultants.

3. Reporting
: Support creating progress report, candidate report, market report, reference checks report etc.

4. Assignment closing
: Support final candidate’s compensation negotiation, reference checks and academic & career background/certificate verifications
: Database management-input and save all documents into the database system

[자격요건]


ž   Min 3/up to 10 years of work experience, preferably in executive search firm or HR areas including talent acquisition

ž   Passionate about executive talent acquisition with intellectual curiosity for various industries, Industrial, Tech, Manufacturing sectors in particular

ž   Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

ž   Time management and problem solving

ž   Good in multi-tasking with detail orientation and hands-on
