-럭셔리 브랜드의 전반적 CRM, Ecommerce/Ebusiness 관련 Application 운영 관리

-eBusiness/CRM와 IT의 Bridge 역할

-웹사이트 및 CRM 애플리케이션 기능의 전반적 관리 및 운영, 문제점 해결

-IT 서비스 관리 개발을 위해 e-Business 및 CRM 도메인의 모든 기술적 측면 지원

-IT 시스템간 다양한 통합 프로젝트 업무 

-e-Business 및 CRM Application 관련 다양한 업무 처리

  : SFCC, CRM, POS, order flow, app crashes, and website and applications speed and performance

-eCommerce, 마켓플레이스, CRM 관련한 IT 프로젝트

-글로벌 프로젝트 협업 등
