ㆍAct as Project Manager for NPI (New
Produce Initiative) project, transferred from R&D to launch and operationㆍIdentify and lead the project teams, own the project plans (Gantts),
lead and coordinate execution of all activities required for launch associated
with functional and divisional leads, and implement an operational plan for
completing a projectㆍMonitor activities, progress and
performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize
delaysㆍConduct project meetings and prepare reports to
communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
[자격요건]
ㆍMore than 5 years of relevant experiences
in project management or NPI (New product initiation) project in diagnostics,
pharmaceutical or healthcare fieldㆍFluent in English
(speaking, reading, listening and writing skills required)ㆍPrior experience in driving strategic projects and cross functional
teams
[우대사항]
ㆍPrefer PMP / Prince certified.
