[Qualification]

  • 8+ years of digital/ad tech solutions sales experience
  • History of successful engagement and deal negotiation with key stakeholders in top tier brands, agencies, and media 
  • Established reputation and contacts within the South Korean market
  • Track record of creating, managing and closing complex, multi-stage sales cycle opportunities
  • Ability to articulate account pursuit and growth methodologies used and successful outcomes
  • Verifiable track record of exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly basis
  • Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team selling environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, or similar CRM and Forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with Value Selling framework, or similar Selling frameworks and ability to adapt to Value Selling
  • BA/BS degree required
