▣ Position: Quality Manager(사천)


▣ Responsibility

Manage and assure new products and processes qualification for new technologies, materials and equipment as per global standards.
New materials and supplier qualification assurance or incoming materials inspection for innovation
Assure implementation of product and material innovation in accordance with global and regional programs and strategy right first time.
Create and establish local processes (i.e. MQS, test & trials, etc.) associated with creating and the alteration of the specification of products (FG, semi FG and materials) as well as a supervision of implementing them and functioning as part of organizations.
Ensure proper specification of products (FG, semi FG and materials) and proper data management are in according to quality and legal standards prior first production
Ensure that a safe working environment & equipment are maintained, delivering EHS objective and targets


▣ Requirements

**Only Female candidates**

At least 4 years of quality working experience.
Knowledge of tobacco products, tobacco technology is a plus.
Quality management principles, design of new Processes and Standards management
Knowledge and experience of SPC and CI tools
Experience in working across multiple functions/projects is preferred
Influencing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt fast and self-develop
Degree level in a science or applied science
Good communication in both Korean and English.
