PRIMARY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY ¡¤ Define client needs and analyze the context related to the search position requirements. ¡¤ Establish a search strategy to approach the target market and candidates. ¡¤ Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates. ¡¤ Conduct the candidate interview and assessment for screening qualified candidates. ¡¤ Complete all reports including progress report, candidate report, reference check report, etc. for presenting to client. ¡¤ Update all historical activities on assignment into the company¡¯s database system. ¡¤ Support the search conclusion and follow up for the successful candidates. ¡¤ Responsible for communication liaison between project leader/candidate/client. ¡¤ Support to the project leader for the client and business development strategy. ¡¤ Buildup and maintain good rapport with C-level candidates and clients. ¡¤ Keep monitor the market and industrial trend. ¡¤ Collaborate with other research team members to enhance the search capability and build strong teamwork. REQUIREMENTS ¡¤ More than 7 years of prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or marketing, sales. ¡¤ Work experience in the search industry would be a plus. ¡¤ Strong oral and written communications skills displaying a businesslike manner and professionalism. ¡¤ Strong capability to utilize all available sourcing techniques for research. ¡¤ Hands-on, attention to details, and must be able to meet deadlines. ¡¤ Able to work and deliver the result with minimum supervision. ¡¤ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English. ¡¤ Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time manage skills. ¡¤ Agile, proactive, flexible, persistent and energetic personality. |
