B2B Sales Team Related Responsibilities : ¡¤ provides general B2B Sales data (in particular, CRM data) analysis coordination ¡¤ Verify, update, and maintain a quality Account/Contact Database working closely with sales and marketing team ¡¤ Keep accuracy of sales pipeline by co-working with managing director and A.M.s ¡¤ Compile, prepare and maintain monthly order reports ¡¤ Analyze sales performance in SFDC and support them to work in a timely manner ¡¤ Sales Analysis and reporting (using Salesforce.com tool) 2. Marketing Team Related Responsibilities : ¡¤ Manage Go-To-Market campaigns using Marketo and request HQ for campaign activation. ¡¤ Implement digital marketing actions on local website and social media ¡¤ Allocate, coordinate, and execute budget spending in yearly and monthly base and share monthly updated budget result with local finance team and HQ. ¡¤ Marketing methodologies executed on will include direct mail, email, web, event marketing, reporting and design of collateral. 3. Responsibilities supporting to Managing Director : ¡¤ Analysis and reporting ¡¤ Ad-hoc reporting (Quarterly Progress Report / Steeting Commitee Business Review) and analysis as assigned, beside already specified as Sales Team related responsibilities |
