• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related field of study
• IS/IT Governance (e.g. ITIL, COBIT)
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)
• IS/IT Industry certification (e.g. software development, network, OS platform)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience :
 > Working in retail and wholesale business area with good understanding
 > Experience with Projects delivering retail IS and IT capabilities, e-commerce and SAP knowledge and work experience
 > Cloud experience: Office 365, OneDrive, MS Azure and etc.
 > Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment required
 > Business Analysis
 > IS/IT Governance
 > ERP and e-Commerce
 > Change Management
 > Working in different corporate environments (Global iconic brand, multicultural, multinational, virtual)
