¡á Responsible for establishing a quality system and team that promotes customer satisfaction and product quality.
¡á Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective QMS (Quality Management System); initiate and implement quality improvement activities as appropriate(ex. Kaizen, Six sigma, DMAIC, etc) to raise the performance of the company¡¯s quality.
¡á Educate and train employees as to their impact in the quality management system.
¡á Establish/support Quality processes and systems compliant to GMP requirement(based on ISO 13485,2016) related to the sales, manufacture, service and distribution of Hearing Instruments and related accessories.
