JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for preparation of all financial and management reporting requirements of Trackman Korea
• Responsible for achieving of financial excellence, including the following:
• timely and accurate monthly reporting and submission of financial results
• transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, accounting standards, and corporate polices
• reconciliations of intercompany balances/transactions and key accounts are performed and reviewed
• preparation of statutory accounts for Trackman Korea
• Handle full set of accounts and ensures timely closing (month-ends and year-end)
• Prepare journal vouchers for monthly closing purpose
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and clear the reconciling items promptly
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Review AR invoices & AR outstanding list and ensure sales staff follow-up closely with customers on the status.
• Lead month end and annual closing activities and reporting, including tracking and reporting of variances
• Prepare payments for the invoice 3rd party purchase, inter-company purchase, employee expenses, and tax, etc.
• Perform monthly Bank account reconciliation and arrange payments with E-banking system for ERP upload
• Take lead in adopting new accounting system and migration of data
• Coordinate closely with other shared service teams and business partners on procedures and accounting matters
• Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors and tax agents
• Support business partners on financial information/reporting
• Provide guidance and training to a team of co-workers
• Participate in the budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.
• Ensure that policies and procedures and limits of authority are adhered to and financial controls are in place

REQUIREMENTS

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS 

• Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degree
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business operation (Finance)
• Experience and knowledge of IT system (e.g. SAP, ERP, Navision etc.)
• Operational - Meticulous, well organized, with great attention to detail
• Commercial acumen with an ability to balance the growth and gatekeeping
• Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and not only resolve problems. Able to see the big picture as well as shepherd team
• Superb influence skills to bring the best performance and resolve conflicts
• Maturity to handle multiple stakeholders in a stressful environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• High energy with ability to enthuse others and lead by example
• MS Office skill is also required
