[L'oreal Korea] Learning Team Manager - HR

[JOB SUMMARY] 

Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning policy 

Advise management on appropriate development levers link to development needs or carrier plan 
- Design and follow-up of short and mid-term development plans 
- Identify, recruit, develop and reward, motivate internal speakers/trainers 
- Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers/coaches 
- Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally 
- Measure the learning impact and use of data & metrics for continuous improvement and communicate to the business 
- Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency 
- Create, roll-out and evaluate and facilitate learning events & workshop for high quality learning solutions that combine a variety of media/methodologies and foster and unique L¡¯Oréal culture  
- Stay up-to-date on learning news and trends Local Specific
- Create innovative framework to integrate newcomers and ensure its implementation  
- Spread positive L¡¯Oréal sprit and value for the new L¡¯Oréal 
- Accompany management to implement change  
- Enable each employee to be entrepreneur of his/her own development 
- Build a learner centric learning culture 
- Managing employee year ends performance evaluation process 

[Qualification]

University graduate
- 10+ Years
- at least 3+ years¡¯ experience in relevant field of work 
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
