¢Ã Position: HR BP


¢Ã Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Partner with the business and function leaders to enhance higher performing organization with engagement. (Organizational / employee development and change)
- Talent Management & Development : Review key talent(incl. pipeline), discuss and execute their development/retention plan. Also provide coaching & guide on employees¡¯ career development
- Engagement : Support to set up & execute functional engagement plan, manage new hires¡¯ retention
- Employee Life-cycle Activities : Manage and execute full employee life-cycle activities including hiring (interviewing), newcomer onboarding support, performance & promotion, transfer, termination, etc., partnering with COE team
- People System Implementation : People cycle (TSC, Performance Rating, Competency Appraisal, Organization & People Review, EES)
- Employee Communication : Act as primary point-of-contact regarding all employee-related matters
- Support any ad hoc requests and other initiatives as required


¢Ã Requirements
- At least 6-9 years of HR generalist experience, and HR BP experienced preferred
- High business acumen, time management, priority setting
- Logical problem-solving approach (Strategic thinking)
- Agility, Resilient, Stakeholder management (high level director)
- Fast learner
- Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English/Korean
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent
