Job Description
- Propose and evaluate acceleration options to launch DPP across Korea
- Lead re-invent and change core strategies for DPP
- Jointly define strategy / for and approach partners to drive core businesses.
- Manage overall partnership and go to market options (locally and regionally)
- Manage successful delivery of DPP, through tactical problem solving and long-term solutions
- Provide solutions and Go to market strategy support to LBUs for DPP
- Develop new business models and partnerships
- Build and lead business partnership for the new business model development and partner optimization to hold the superior position in each partner (production contribution/ productivity/ marketing/ lead optimization/ product strategy etc.).
- Provide input to management on strategic planning, helping a market oriented/value added mindset focused on improving the overall business result.
Job Requirements
- Min 20 years working experience in insurance, operations, digital innovation, general management, or financial industry
- Hands-on experience in Product Management, Underwriting, Claims Operations for insurance (life, health, general) lines of business
- Sound knowledge of local regulations, technical aspects of managing insurance business portfolios
- Experience in running a business either as a P&L owner or accountable business executive responsible for line of business
