[JOB SUMMARY] 
Develop growth strategy and projects for E-Commerce business with strong collaboration with key partners and Division/ Brand E-Com/ Digital teams of LOK

[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES] 

Define growth strategy for key E-Commerce partners (Coupang, Naver, SSG, Lotte, etc.) based on strong understanding of 

E-Com business dynamics for each channels (Pure player, e-retailer, vertical, Q-Commerce, etc.) incl. promotion, pricing, search, etc.  
- Beauty category / consumer / trend especially for on-line
- Promotion / Pricing strategy of not only for LOK brands but also for Competitor brands  
- Performance media planning and execution 
- Store operation incl. OOS, Search, Display, Contents management, etc.  
- Sales / Digital performance KPIs 

Find key business opportunity for LOK brands not only to increase the sales but also to build strong brand equity via innovative activities based on strong understanding of 

- Brand equity and strategy of each brand 
- Marketing calendar / NPD pipeline of each brand 
- Innovation trend / pipeline within L¡¯Oreal group 
    Facilitate corporate project (Festivals, Campaigns, Category management, etc.) to link LOK brands and key E-Commerce partners based on strong communication skills / project management skills 

    [Qualification]

    Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
    - 10+ years of total service year
    - 5+ years of E-Commerce Sales or E-Commerce Marketing
    - Beauty / FMCG experience is plus
    - Fluent in both Korean and English
    - Strategic and analytic thinking
    - Good and proactive communication skills
    - Self-motivated with strong passion for winning
