´ë¸®±ÞÁ¤µµ(3-8³â) µðÁöÅи¶ÄÉÆþ÷¹« | This role reports directly to MD and will have a dotted line to Asia Marketing Director. It is responsible for: - Overall design, planning, implement effective marketing strategies which would achieve short-term business objectives and long-term business ambition in Korea - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all the initiatives using robust project management and evaluation tools and processes. - The role requires strong coaching, motivation, influencing skills - The ability to communicate appropriately across a multi-functional and divisional structure is a key success factor - He/She also functions as the core interface person with Asia Region and Asia Marketing Community [Main Accountabilities] 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning (30%) - Build customer/consumer/competition understanding, interpreting various data ( internal/external) into insight, anticipating current & future trend & opportunity, always staying on top of emerging trends and advising senior leadership - Identify geography/sector/service line growth potential, creating service category vision, constructing hierarchy and innovation agenda to drive sustainable category growth - Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT ) to drive innovation success from concept to deployment and best practice sharing 2. Digital & Brand communication (50%)-> ÁÖ¿ä¾÷¹«ÀÓ - Identify appropriate communication channels (forums, associations, print & digital ) for targeted customer/consumers in order to increase quality leads and to reinforce brand awareness and equity - Improve and optimize integrated digital campaigns (SEO/SEM/Email marketing/offline ) - Define content and format across different communication touch points and ensure ROI is measured and communicated ( including website performance tracking) 3. Marketing Service (10%) - Support the business in developing specific solutions, presentations, Bids &Tenders and workshops together with the cross-functional teams - Support the Key Customer, Sales and Operation Teams as primary customers and support them with marketing programs. 4. Budget Control & Agency Management (10%) at least 3-6 years of marketing experience (max 8 years) - B2B or FMCG Marketing background - Experience in digital marketing and solid exposure in marketing communication including search engine marketing would be an advantage - A good understanding of customer interview skills |
