Education Consulting Solutions (ECS) is an integral part of Customer Service Organization. The ECS team provides our customers with quality and effective training and trusted application workflows ensuring customer success.

We are looking for a Field Application Scientist with Biopharmaceuticals knowledge. The Field Application Scientist will be responsible for delivering training and setting up application workflows for our customers.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• ■ Provide post-sales consulting to customers including delivery & development of application workflows.
• ■ Understand customer`s problems, desired outcomes and recommend solutions to meet their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
• ■ Provide customer training on operations of Hardware , Software , Sample preparation and applications.
• ■ Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop workflows and application notes
• ■ Train internal teams
