Required Technical Skill Set Windows 7 & 10, Outlook, Apple OS, User Mobile devices • Deploying packaged software to assets using enterprise deployment tools. • Assists field engineers with Tier 2 level support of client devices/applications. • Deploys patches, software updates, and anti-virus updates to client devices. • Provides Tier 2 level support of non-PC devices (PDAs, Tablets, etc.). • Remote support for all Operating Systems errors (Windows XP, Windows 7, Apple OS). • Remote Support for all VPN access issues. • Support for Safeboot and laptop encryption. • Support for incident resolution on Citrix Client connectivity and remote desktop issues. • Dual Language (Local and English) • Anti-virus (SEPM or McAfee). • Basic SCCM and software deployments.
