Objective of Job

Lead overall social media campaigns and channels and manage all digital platforms aligned with brand and marketing strategy.

 

Job Designation / Field of Work:

1. Lead Social campaigns and manage social channels: Planning social media strategy and activation to improve brand engagement and nurture brand advocate. It includes monthly, weekly schedule of posting, fan events operation, campaign development, etc.

2. Publish brand magazine and distribute aligned with social channels

3. Manage digital platforms: Daily update and maintenance of brand homepage (or micro-sites) and handle dashboard of website

4. Participate in global digital initiatives

Skills - General Skills:      

Language proficiency in Korean and English at native level   

Good software knowledge (MS-Office)      

 

Functional Skills and Technical Skills:         

Strong ability on data analytics (data analytics certificates (eg. Google analytics)) are preferred)

Effective communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills

 

Management and Leadership Skills:          

Leading and managing agencies  

 

Experience and Education:

Bachelor degree

Over 7 years¡¯ experience in marketing and advertising. Experience of car industry preferred
