- Develop compensation strategy including variable pay scheme review to ensure pay for performance and market competitiveness.
Organize and process annual salary review, promotion and market catch up.
Conduct a comprehensive review of all C&B processes to ensure compliance to company¡¯s policy, efficiency & best practice, implementing changes where necessary.
Participate in market surveys and analysis compensation competitiveness vs. market and benchmark
[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
- Bachelor¡¯s degree
- At least 6+ years¡¯ C&B experiences, payroll and budget experiences are preferred
- Knowledge about labour law, C&B concept and associated legislation
- Strong and proven analytical skills, ability to gather facts and statistics to provide recommendation/solution
- Positive attitude, team work and customer service spirit
- Work independently, detail oriented and result driven
- Keep confidentiality on all data information
- Good level of English
