[주요업무]
•    Working closely with customer’s purchasing team to collect data needed for demand management, analysing demand from customers
•    Order recording, monitoring of changes in demand, production, backlog, inventory management ... 
-> Orders reception & recording, monitoring demand’s changes, supply from factories, backlog, inventory management & deliveries to customers
•    (Analysis of customer demand (waterfall etc), planning in SAP) Same as task 1, can be remove to avoid duplicate
•    Stock management and recording -> Stock management with external warehouse especially, follow up & manage the delivery records provided by warehouse
•    Managing Logistic issue and tracking of deliveries.
•    Participation in meetings and direct communication with the client concerning deliveries, logistics and orders, complaints, claims etc ...
•    Support to commercial team with data of demand for commercial team negotiations
•    Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager

[자격요건]

•    You have acquired experience in logistics and supply chain. In automotive market is a plus.  
-> replace “ In automotive market is a plus” by “Experience of working in/with Tier 1 company in automotive market is required”
•    Knowledge of HMG Partner system and forecasting, analysis of demand in HKMC business in Korea.
•    You have the qualities required to provide effective support and you have a strong sense of responsibility. 
•    Customer orientation, dynamism and flexibility are all qualities that characterize you. 
•    You have a good dose of business acumen and you function as well as a team or alone.
•    You work in a multicultural and international environment.
•    Working under pressure - specially to meet deadlines and answer to customers.


[우대사항]

•    SAP knowledge is a plus.
•    English is a big plus, but not mandatory. At least reading is necessary to understand Vietnam information. You have good communication/native in Korean. Spanish or Vietnamese  is a plus.
