Digital Marketing Manager

(Childcare leave substitute 1yr contract worker)

Epic Games Korea is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can plan and execute digital
marketing tactics and strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Unreal Engine. The digital
marketing manager will have a deep knowledge and understanding of paid search, paid media,
marketing automation, social, and email including analytics. This role will also require fast and
accurate judgment, attention to detail, strong ability to prioritize and excellent writing and verbal
skills based on technical products and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage regional digital marketing strategies to build awareness and increase
adoption of Unreal Engine and related products on relevant social media networks, and paid
media.
● Plan and execute the regional UE content/release calendar to reach out to the target audience in the right time by curating global contents to localize.
● Plan and timely execution of publishing contents across the owned channels - epic lounge, facebook, youtube, naver cafe, Kakao, Epic Games launcher and so on.
● Work with a cross-functional team and agency to execute and develop the best practices on content communications and advertisements.
● Support offline and online events with pre-, during-, and post-event across social/paid media channels.
● Plan and develop campaigns to capture and generate leads and to enhance retention on UE.
● Manage digital marketing campaign reporting and analytics to quantify and qualify effectiveness of advertisements, contents, events, and social media channels.
● Plan and execute re-marketing strategies from learning points and insights from the previous campaign models

에픽게임즈 코리아에서는 언리얼 엔진을 위한 디지털 마케팅과 콘텐츠 배포 전략을 수립 및 실행할 수 있는 주도적인 디지털 마케팅 매니저를 찾고 있습니다. 디지털 마케팅 매니저는 광고 미디어뿐만 아니라 소셜 미디어, 마케팅 자동화, 이메일 커뮤니케이션 및 분석에 이르기까지 폭넓은 이해도와 지식을 활용하여 언리얼 엔진 브랜드와 가치를 효율적으로 전달하는 업무를 담당하게 됩니다. 이러한 업무를 운영하기 위한 정확하고 빠른 판단력, 디테일에 집중하고 우선순위를 정하는 능력 그리고 기술 제품 및 지식에 기반한 작문 및 언어 능력을 필요로 합니다.

주요 업무
● 언리얼 엔진 및 관련 제품들의 브랜드 인지도 및 사용률 증대를 위한 소셜 미디어, 광고 채널을 활용한 디지털 마케팅 전략을 수립 및 실행합니다.
● 현지화할 글로벌 콘텐츠를 큐레이션하여 적시에 타겟 오디언스에 배포할 수 있는 콘텐츠 및 제품 출시 캘린더를 세팅하고 운영합니다.
● 에픽 라운지, 페이스북, 유튜브, 네이버 공식 카페, 카카오, 에픽게임즈 런처 등 언리얼 엔진 공식 채널에 언리얼 엔진 콘텐츠 배포 계획을 수립하고 운영합니다.
● 로컬 및 글로벌 유관부서 및 에이전시와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 콘텐츠 커뮤니케이션 및 광고의 모범 사례를 실행하고 개발합니다.
● 언리얼 엔진 온오프라인 이벤트를 위해 소셜 및 광고 미디어를 활용한 사전, 진행 과정 및 사후 지원 업무를 담당합니다.
● 언리얼 엔진 사용자 또는 가망 고객을 확보하여 언리얼 엔진 사용률을 높이는 캠페인을 기획하고 수행합니다.
● 광고, 콘텐츠, 이벤트 및 소셜 미디어 채널에 대한 효용성과 성과를 측정하는 디지털 마케팅 캠페인 보고 및 분석 작업을 수행합니다.
● 디지털 마케팅 캠페인 운영을 통한 학습, 인사이트를 활용한 리마케팅을 수행합니다.

경력사항: 경력(3년 이상 )
학력사항: 학력무관

● 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Manager from Game or IT industry
● Facebook, Youtube, Naver Cafe, Newsletter, CMS, Marketo, Google Analytics, Advertising experience
● Ability to basic knowledge of HTML, web publishing, Photoshop, Figma and video production
● Understanding of performance marketing tactics such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing and web traffic metrics
● Self motivated and able to work independently
● Attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
● Good communication skills and team player to work with cross functional teams
● Creative thinker with fresh ideas
● Excellent skills in English
