담당업무
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of contracts (including licensing, publishing, service, employment, investment agreements)
- Conduct legal research and advise on various legal issues
- Handle M&As and investment projects
- Support overseas subsidiaries with legal issues
- Manage disputes
- Manage external counsel
자격요건
- Qualified to practice law in the U.S. or in other common law jurisdiction(미국 혹은 호주 변호사 자격)
- 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experiences (combined experiences both in a reputable law firm and an in-house preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean

- Strong understanding and experiences in handling legal matters involving licensing, data privacy, contracts, and intellectual properties
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Handle assigned works proactively and independently

- Experience at a reputable law firm or in-house (preferably both)
- Experience in gaming, IT, content, or entertainment industry
- Hands-on experiences in cross-border, M&A, investment project
