¢Ã Position: HR Specialist


¢Ã Responsibilities
- Employee (including blue collars) & manager inquiries management, including HR inquiries/requests cases receiving and reply via internal HR portal, email, call, investigation conduction, solution delivery etc.
- Employee life-cycle management including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, etc.
- C&B admin work - Submit regularly payroll data to payroll team, benefits enrolment/termination, etc.
- Pension scheme update including internal and external communication and coordination.
- HR related regulatory or labor law change and update, manage legal compliance in HR function.
- Handbook, HR policy, HR procedure update, enhance HR process in the company.
- Internal and External employee data audit.
- Organize regularly salary or compensation survey.


¢Ã Requirements
- 5-7 years of HR operation experience.
- Experience working in Manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge in HR related regulatory and/or compensation.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Have experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
- Team worker, mature, result driven, able to multi-task, focus on details and accuracy.
