¢Ã Position: IT Manager/Director (ºÎÀå-ÀÌ»ç±Þ)


¢Ã Responsibilities
- Develop technology vision, product footprint, and resource plan to launch our public-facing fundraising platform and membership-based community
- Build the platform from scratch - take charge of platform development (frontend and backend) and make key decisions on technical architecture
- Deliver the MVP, enabling us to test, iterate, and serve our early customers
- Set priorities and technical KPIs to drive business growth and to ensure the stability and security of the platform
- Oversee all aspects of engineering including technical strategy, best practice implementation, and technology stacks
- Define technical support processes and ensure customer support for technical issues
- Ensure the systems architecture and infrastructure is scalable and can support a large B2C and B2B platform
- Manage and grow in-house engineering team based on business needs
- Drive and maintain key technology-focused relationships, including vendors and auditors


¢Ã Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Lead Software Engineer or Technical Lead with engineering management and leadership experience in a start-up environment
- Familiar with end-to-end software development cycle, including design, testing, implementation, security audit, and maintenance etc.
- Previous track record of building an online platform in full stack and comfortable managing cross-functional team, including front-end, back-end, and data
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages would be highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
