Your Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor monthly payroll transactions: monthly payroll cycles, severance, full & final settlement, social insurance, withholding tax
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly transactions are completed on time (year-end settlement, semi-annual reporting, social insurance settlement, etc.)
- Closely work with outsourcing vendor to ensure complete & accurate payroll processing
- Respond & work with accounting, finance and other internal and external stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with the latest corporate & legislation changes and ensure system is up to date for payroll calculation
- Resolve any issues related to payroll connector between HRIS and payroll system (Workday & SAP)
- Vendor contract management
- Create, update and maintain process flow, job aids, procedures as required
- Prepare for internal/external process review and audit
- Serve as an escalation point for employees, managers and HR Partners and make sure their issues and concerns could be solved quickly
- Participate in other locally and globally assigned ad-hoc projects (system improvement, process automation, etc.)
- Possibility to extend task coverage across other AP countries
- Must have related experience at least 2-3 years above
