b) Best Cost Country Sourcing Activities Lead
c) Inventory Management and Excessive and Obsolete Inventory Management
d) Supplier On Time Delivery
e) Supplier Audit
f) Scheduled Spending / Savings Forecast (QxF) with Cross Functional Team
g) APAC, Business Unit KPI set-up(Early Year) and Monitoring(Monthly)
 
3. Supply Chain Management
a) Major Commodities ? Casting, Bar / Forging, Pipe, Gaskets, Fasteners, Assemblies
b) Supplier ? Domestic, Overseas suppliers, IMI Group companies
c) Material Procurement Activity Management (External Suppliers, Inter-Company Transaction)
▶ PO Approval, PO Status Management, On-Time Delivery Management
d) Supply Chain Risk Management
▶ Proactive Risk Management upon dynamic environment, Contingency plan execution
e) Supplier Quality Issue Intervention
f) Procurement Process Management and Standard Compliance Management
 
4. Logistics Management
a) Import Activity Management
b) Export Activity Management
c) Customs Compliance Management
d) FTA Compliance Management
e) Strategic Material (Compliance Program) Management
