하는 일
•  Lead and support in the development of F&B Retail Brand, by managing, coordinating and developing the actual product and its positioning in the market, so as to drive continuous profitable sales

자격요건 
•  Degree holder or above with project management, industrial engineering, Business management, food
manufacturing, Hospitality, Marketing, Business management or relevant disciplines.
• More than 5 Years working experience in F&B industry specializing in business development
• Minimum 5 years solid and proven working experience with retail F&B (B2C, B2B), hospitality
experiences, consumer brands and retail marketing experience
• Strong knowledge on F&B brand development, including food product design(working with Culinary team),
food quality and hygiene awareness(working with Hygiene and Compliance team), as well as usage of the
major social media and digital marketing platforms
• Be familiar with Korea consumer market on food and restaurant business, latest F&B trends, menu design
would be a definite advantage
• Proven ability to develop effective Retail F&B brand and marketing strategies.
• Knowledgeable and curious about food & beverage, lifestyle and e-commerce industry
• Good sense of design (inclusive of product appearance, packaging, advertisement material, website etc.)
• Comfortable and sensitive with numbers
• Excellent in creating, pitching, desk and good knowledge of Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Artwork,
website set up will be a definite advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• High command of written and spoken English and local language (essential)
