¢Ã Company: ±Û·Î¹ú ÇÏÀÌ¿£µå ¸íǰ ºê·£µå ¢Ã Position: Assistant Acquisition Manager ¢Ã Responsibilities Talent Sourcing and Acquisition - Systematic management of talent acquisition process and internal talent movement - Work with line managers to define the recruitment needs - Source and extract external talent for the company - Plan and execute recruitment activities including job description development & review, candidate interviewing, reference checking - Reset the Campus strategy in collaboration with sister brands in Korea and LVMH HR - Ensuring communication on-line create excitement for candidates while showcasing our Brand. - Giving priority to direct sourcing/recruitment instead of appointing contingency agencies - Developing a clear On-line Recruitment Strategy (strengthening our partnership with key job boards) - Develop employee awareness of diversity and inclusivity, create a recruitment strategy that will keep team members informed about diversity programs and policies Talent Development - Administrate Performance Career Review (PCR) process - Identify high potential and top performers - Work with line managers for individual staff development plan - Accelerate internal mobility across the region and across function - Identify training needs with function - Coordinate with APAC Talent Acquisition and Development manager and HR for OMR process and ad-hoc initiatives Retail Staff Development - Conduct induction training for new employees - Support new employees''''s on-boarding and assimilation - Coordinate Retail staff development program w/ Retail Training team and external training experts if need ¢Ã Requirements 1. Experience Local Korean with 7+ years of strong experience in an HR role preferably with experience in Recruitment/Development Retail background with strong retail staff network also preferable 2. Education University degree or similar 3. Skill Excellent command in written and spoken English Strong communication and facilitation skills Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required; must be able to adapt to various work styles and liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
