Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks and be able to work independently with minimum supervision. He/she must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges. Interacting with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Scope and Responsibilities:
  • To support the Commercial Management team (F&B/Retail/Procurement/Hotel) in the fulfillment of administrative tasks as directed by the Commercial Director.
  • To act as a resource, point of contact and information source in response to enquiries both internally and externally.
  • Takes meeting minutes and communicates information, reports, KPIs as required.
  • To liaise with supporting departments and external partners / vendors as required.
  • To extend support to the ¡®front line¡¯ operational team within the Commercial Dept. when necessary.
  • Maintain the calendar and agenda of Commercial Operations Director in order to streamline meeting requests and tasks.
  • Pass on any guest complaints to Commercial Management team for necessary action in order to ensure positive feedback is given.
  • Attend and support all scheduled training.
  • Willing to take on various tasks from data input, analysis, power point presentations, and support with audits.
  • Strong computer skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Background and Experience:
  • Requires at least five years of administrative experience.
  • Requires excellent people skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.
  • Must be able to maintain an approachable and friendly demeanor with competing priorities and demands.
  • The role requires flexibility and adaptability. Must be able to work effectively with multiple priorities and diverse work styles.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English

Education:
A relevant bachelor¡¯s degree / at least five years Administrative experience preferred.

Work Environment:
  • Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
  • Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions

Other Requirements:
  • Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that is classified as confidential.
  • Maintaining honesty and integrity with colleagues and guests
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support Resort operations.
  • Requires a valid driver¡¯s license and passport.
  • Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.
