- Lead an e-commerce launch project with consideration of all required process and regulations.

- Online sales channel development and management; enhance online brand awareness on e-commerce platforms

- Drive the Sales & marketing plan and strategy while meeting sales and profit targets on trekbikes.com and 

   potentially other online selling platforms. 

- Conduct and implementing daily/weekly/month planning sessions based on annual promotion plan

- Analysis of sales result, platform performance and marketing campaigns; track/analyze reports on a weekly and monthly basis

- Work with Marketing team to develop digital communication strategy, e-commerce specific content and execute in online platform

- Launch and update company products on time followed with company product strategy
