- Lead and manage team members in consistently achieving their targets, goals and objectives
- Working closely with the capital sales team in negotiating key accounts, closing deals and maintaining service renewals
- Delivering of system in-service and on-site training to specific levels of surgical team
- Responsibly managing administrative tasks; submission of expense reports, deliver billing and invoices directly to hospital, work with Accounting team to reconcile invoices and ensure billing accuracy against orders, deliver instruments
- Work with the training and marketing departments to implement new strategies and programs as directed by senior management

[ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç]
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 + years sales experience including clinical sales management experience
- Strong background in selling medical equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Korean and English command
