- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of several complex calendars; managing appointments
and schedules
- Researches and compiles documents in preparation for meetings and interviews
- Composes, proof reads and disseminates memos, reports, minutes of meetings, and necessary information
- Creates and prepares elaborate presentations, intricate spreadsheets, and confidential
correspondence.
- Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external
contacts including ABOs on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities
- Scheduling and coordination of intricate and constantly changing domestic and international
travel arrangements for executive and key ABO leaders
- Delivers rewarding Amway Experience that creates meaningful relationships by Improving ABO and VIP programs
- Compile receipts to file expense reports and track reimbursement status and manage
department Budget (Training and Entertainment cost)
- Interact across all departments within company as needed
- Assists and involves in special projects and research
