Job Description

- Develop key insights of the country market dynamics, including competitive intelligence, customer      

  insights, government policy and reimbursement, relevant macro and detail dynamics, and develop annual
  and mid-term marketing strategies to maintain and extend market leadership in the country.
- Develop the point-of-care market and product brand awareness as top-of-mind brand in chronic disease 
  management in Korea, Thailand and Philippines, planning up to 5 years for market development.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans with go-to-market strategies for new products or new market 
  segments, and execute in line with timelines as agreed with Commercial Head.
- Actively explore new growth areas and implement action plan to launch new assays at existing or new  
  customer segment.
- Lead the development of appropriate sales tools and innovative marketing activities to help support    
  sales activities.
- Communication and development of talent in all functions, including product training and selling 
  skills/message training to internal teams and distribution partners.
- Collaborate closely with country commercial sales leaders to prioritize and execute Marketing activities, 
  while maintaining at least 80% focus on KOREA, 20% focus on Thailand and Philippines.
- Provide country insights to APAC and GBU marketing leadership of relevant product feedback and needs 
  to ensure customer voice and needs are captured clearly and raised to the product development teams.
- Manage operational requirements meeting report deadlines, working within budget and allocating 
  marketing investment to maximise returns in terms of growth or market development.
- Facilitate and manage strategic collaboration with external and internal organisation to leverage better 
  market access.
- Lead and manage relationship with KOLs, thought leaders in the countries to promote Point of Care 
  testing in Diabetes management and Antimicrobial Resistance space.
- Ensure all activities and behaviour are in accordance with legislative employment policies,     
  safety requirements and corporate policies.
- Lead Korea & Emerging Asia(Thailand, Philippines)


- Academic Background: University Degree or more
- Grade: 12~16 years (Senior Manager ~ Diretor), Hands-on experience

- + 7-years experience in product management in pharma, medical device, or consumer healthcare business

- English Capability (more than Business Level in Oral and Writing)

- KOL and academia management


Marketing experience in chronic disease management in Endo, Cardio, IM therapeutic areas preferred

- Marketing experience in new product launch preferred

Prior experience in a sales role will be beneficial (not required, but will be an advantage)
