Job Purpose 

-  Provide best-in-class technical support to HSOC Sales Teams, key customers, especially Industry and B2B(B2C) customers, in South Korea.

- Deliver value-driven propositions and solutions in a wide range of technical aspects such as trouble shooting, application expertise and right products recommendation.

- Work with Industry Sector Marketing Manager and BDMs to deliver Industry marketing targets, identify/analyse new business opportunities and drive the new business development.  

Experience and Qualifications Required:

 

-       Sales/Marketing or business experience in a commercial or engineering roles - Strong interpersonal capabilities, e.g. proven ability to influence key stakeholders indirect and direct

-       5 year experience of sales/marketing and/or technical/engineering, especially in B2B Industry Sectors e,g, Auto Components/Metal/Paper Sectors 

-       Proven competence in negotiation and dealing with B2B key accounts.

-       Strategic planning capacity and with ability to operationalize ideas and plans.

-       Good and pragmatic business acumen, sensitive to different culture, good analytical skills and general management abilities

-       Good interpersonal skills for management of customers and interfacing with internal functions.

-       Good project management and implementation skills, e.g. planning and managing multiple tasks, accountability for delivery within agreed deadlines

-       Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills in driving technical and marketing value generation activities.

-       The role needs to network proactively leverage cluster, regional and global best practices, tools and synergies.

-       Thorough understanding of the Lubricants market and its challenges is a must have requirement. Proven track record of success in delivering commercial business activities; sales or marketing.

-       Strong business analytical and problem solving skills, commercial mindset.

-       Able to work independently and with limited supervision, highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities.

-       Preferably BA degree holders in Engineering, Business/Marketing

-       Good communication skills both in spoken and written English
