Role	Responsibilities	Preferred Qualifications
Analytical Development, Associate Director↑	*        Collaborate within multifunctional organizations   *        Direct SME in external meetings and      audits, support proposal development	*          15+ years of extensive experience in the area       of analytical development, preferable in the       area of mammalian cell culture and ADC   *     Master degree or Ph.D. (preferred)   *     Preferable experience in the area of       characterization
Upstream Process Development, Associate Director↑	*        Lead upstream development and       implementation of processes   *        Perform upstream processes with       emphasis on transferability to cGMP        manufacturing.	*         15+ years of experience with Master degree /          8+ years of experience with above Master degree   *         Strong scientific understanding of mammalian cell        (mainly CHO variants) culture, expansion, harvest,         medium development, DOE studies, scale-up/down   *         Preferable experience in the area of perfusion       cell culture
Downstream Process Development, Lead Scientist↑	*        Formulating hypotheses based on existing knowledge about a subject and designing studies to test   *        Manage data analysis tools and techniques in order to extract insights from large datasets.	*         Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline with       10+ years of experience or Master degree in       relevant scientific discipline with 15+ years of       experience   *        Knowledge of ADC process development would be      a preference
Cell Line Development, Associate Director↑	*          Lead and improve cell line development activities   *         Manage Therapeutic protein production with understanding of IP landscape of novel technologies in cell line development	*        Master Degree with 15+ years of relevant      experience with a variety of cell lines       and mammalian expression systems   *         Ph.D. in relevant discipline with minimum + 10       years of relevant experience
