[업무내용] Quality Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

• Internal QMS for IATF16949 certificate.

• Supplier Quality control. (SQ certificate / Supplier evaluation by VDA6.3)

• 8D with the accompanied containment action for Internal / External quality issue.

• Quality associated document review (PPAP, IMDS, Drawing and etc.)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality system establish based on IATF 16949.

• Supplier quality management by periodic evaluation & process audit.

• Containment action planning and responding to customer’s requirement.

• Resolve the internal / external quality issues with overseas company and submit 8D.

• Maintain various quality data of standard part and customer’s claim.

• Support the new project with the required document on each development milestone.

• Review & prepare the quality document such as full PPAP package, IMDS and 8D.

• Claim registration in YAZAKI Global quality reporting system.

자격요건

• Maximum 6 years experienced in IATF 16949 certification & supplier quality in Automotive 1^st tier (especially in Connectors company).

• Hands-on experiences on APQP, PPAP, 8D, FTA, MSA, SPC and other relevant quality tool & technique.

• Knowledge of the automotive part development phases and each requirement.

• Understanding of the containment action based on customer-oriented mind equipped.

• Good skill of MS office (Power point documentation & presentation / Macro & data analyses by Excel)

• English communication skill in Speaking/Writing must be over middle level

▣ 근무조건

- 급여: 경력직의 경우 협의 (희망 연봉 기재 부탁드립니다) + 인센티브 별도(non guaranteed, 연 평균 연봉의 10%정도 개인 성과에 따라 지급)

- 근무시간: 9:00-18:00, 주 5일 근무(유연근무 가능)
