1) Technical Support to sales forces

- Technical support and service for specialty sweetener to sales teams to achieve

business goal.

- Provide technical information and support for the commercialization of global

and regional projects in Korea

- Initiate and facilitate NPD process

2) New Product Development

- New sweetener development by utilizing new, related or the combination of

existing technology

- Research new technology relevant to specialty sweeteners and functional

ingredients driven mainly from carbohydrate sources or other natural resources

- Improvement of manufacturing process for cost saving and productivity

enhancement of specialty sweeteners


3) Customer Support/ External Relationship or networking

- Provide technical support and service to customers

- Development and maintain relationship with key customers to understand their

needs on specialty sweeteners and ingredients

- Develop opportunities of collaboration with external institutes, university research

laboratories and customer R&D centers for new product development

- Collaborate with QC and production team for the commercialization of

New specialty sweeteners
