¢Ã Position Overview
This role(SW Testing Product Specialist) supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the "technical close" in various customer project where our ¡°SW testing product¡± are evaluated. ¡°SW Testing Product Specialist¡± collaborates with internal staker holders to support technical resource to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. ¡°SW Testing Product Specialist¡± will lead the our ¡°SW testing product¡± sales method, create the Best-Practice approach for our ¡°SW testing product¡± sales based on the deep understanding of technology, value and adaptation to customer project. ¡°SW Testing Product Specialist¡± will propagate and update to the entire APAC sales team this findings.
¢Ã Scope of responsibility :
- Proactively scopes our ¡°SW testing product¡± based technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customer's met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for the customer from entire APAC region.
- Implement POC project for the customer project for the technical verification and suggestion toward our ¡°SW testing product¡± evaluation success.
- Coordinates closely with BD/Sales, PS, PM(¡°SW testing product¡±), Marketing team to align solution design with customer business requirements
- Deliver customer voice received to the internal product roadmap builders and marketing plan makers for the our ¡°SW testing product¡± promotion.
- Create our ¡°SW testing product¡± best-practice sales insights, Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates to enhance APAC team¡¯s product knowledge and technical acumen.
- Prepare and execute our ¡°SW testing product¡± promotional seminar/webinar, customer training & other ¡°SW testing product¡± information evangelistic activities for both Sales & Marketing perspective. - Acting as first line of technical advisor for entire APAC ¡°SW testing product¡± Sales opportunity providing necessary technical support for each of the opportunity.
- Cooperate with APAC regional ¡°SW testing product¡± Pre-Sales engineers to share the technical knowledge & experiences
¢Ã Qualification :
- +5 years of experience in SW Testing product sales/consulting/technical support
- Active tech learner in SW Testing area
- Skilled at building presentation materials, proposals, case studies as well as presenting toward internal/external stake holders/clients
- Strong performance as an individual contributor and are able to make a positive impact in a team environment
