Role & Responsibility
[Marketing 50%]
- Support to build sales & marketing strategies/tactics and drive business performance of the brand to maximize business opportunities, working across all elements of the marketing mix and using appropriate channels of communication
- Analyze and regularly update having responsibility for the market/product performance and share/report the insight from the analysis
- Closely communicate and encourage the sales team to execute marketing programs
- Plan and manage a promotional budget for the brands and product demand
- Plan and organize marketing-driven product symposia and other educational events
- Secure in-depth knowledge of market size/dynamics, treatment pathway, competitive landscape, payer landscape, and unmet needs
[KEE & Key account management 50%]
- Develop Key account plans collaborating with the cross-functional teams and managing the customer relationship & business in the responsible territory.
- Build a good working relationship with key customers especially KEE (Key External Experts)
- Build up related disease and product knowledge
- Manage the business risk under compliance

[Qualifications]
- Bachelor¡¯s degrees and above
- Majored in medical science, pharmacy, veterinary science, biochemistry, microbiology, and other relevant fields preferred / More than 1~2year experience in the pharmaceutical industry [or] Majored in business administration, communications or MBA / More than 1~2year experience in the consumer marketing/sales
