ROLE SUMMARY

The Oncology Product Liaison`s role is to effectively demonstrate product value to our stakeholders in line with marketing strategies to achieve brand objective and is to uncover market insight making winning brand strategies as a bridge between marketing and sales

WHAT YOU WILL DO

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Plan and implement scientific leader engagement corresponding to customers¡¯ unmet needs

Lead scientific communication with SL leaders based on a monthly plan dealing with customers` scientific requests in a timely manner
Deliver a unique and tailored customer experience and build strong relationship with key customers with compelling product value messages
Flawlessly plan and execute well-designed marketing programs like regional symposiums to extend our customers and deliver product value
Continuously uncover and manage speakers/chairperson of major medical societies to make our advocates
Communicate market insights with internal & external stakeholders

Attend domestic and international medical conferences and share the up-to date information about clinical studies, relevant agenda related to the brand and indications
Provide insights on marketing plans & strategies and propose customer-centric programs based on field experience
Communicate actively with product managers, sales teams and cross-functional teams to achieve the strategic and financial objectives
Bring market and competitor intelligence

Monitor and analyze competitor activities to outlook competition
Analysis of market trends and sales potential to validate financial forecasting
Ensure business activities to comply all the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Capabilities & Skills :

Excellent stakeholder management, Scientific communication, networking, and presentation skills
Strong customer and market insights, Customer engagement skill
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability and eagerness to challenge status quo
Experience of working under horizontal organizational culture & structure, but being decisive, motivational, influential, and courageous under such an environment
Ability to work in a very complex setting and across many functions and lead complex projects that involves multiple stakeholders and functions to engage different customer types
Leadership Behaviors :

Qualification Detail:

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in pharma industry
Strong communication skills in English both in verbal and written (business fluent)
Educational background: Pharmacy, biology-related preferred
