JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a 3CE Stylenanda DMI (HQ) Campaign & Content Specialist, who will be responsible for creating innovative 
and customer-centric cosmetic campaigns and content for new products and existing pillar products that engage consumers and meet the brand objectives to pursue an integrated, engaging consumer brand experience. This position belongs to Campaign & Content team under Global Marketing & Communication division.


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
-Develop and execute a marketing campaign & content mix for new product launch/pillar-product repush/brand partnership, 
ec. based on beauty market trends, consumer insights, positioning, and campaign objectives
-Works closely with Product Development team to develop/finetune product big idea & USPs for new product launches
-Build and craft campaign big idea, ensuring key messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints
-Develop clear creative briefs for Creative Content team to pursue best-in-class assets
-Communicate and align with teams (Product Development, Creative Contents, Retail Design, Advocacy, Social Media, 
Global Business Development, R&I, and Key countries) to drive creative and brand-related content and campaigns
-Manage and monitor the drive timeline and the due dates for all teams¡¯ effective workflow to make sure to deliver projects on 
time to the countries

QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: 5+ years
-Career Specific Experience
     -Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience – Preference for beauty and passion for makeup
     -Able to take the initiative and work independently. Enterprise spirit and self-motivated
     -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all departments
-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
-Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT
