1. Market Research and Potential Candidate Identification Based on full understanding of client requirements and target market, responsible for sourcing candidates and creating target candidate list through various recruiting tools including internal database, direct search, search engines, social networks, etc. 2. Candidate screening and management Based on direction and instructions by a lead consultant as well as job description, responsible for screening and assessing candidates through phone and face to face interviews with the consultants. 3. Reporting Support creating progress report, candidate report, market report, reference checks report etc. 4. Assignment closing Support final candidate¡¯s compensation negotiation, reference checks and academic & career background/certificate verifications Database management-input and save all documents into the database system
