Description
- Work with the regional network team on the deployment, operations and support of wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Support the installation, configuration and ongoing life cycle management of infrastructure devices (e.g. Switches, Routers, Access Points and Firewalls).
- Support ongoing infrastructure Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC)
- Help to monitor and maintain network and server room standards.
- Provide direct IT support to users in our corporate office when needed
- Act as the onsite 'hands' for the regional Network and Employee Experience and Productivity (EE&P) teams that are based overseas
- Maintain relationships with the onsite Business, Facilities and Security teams.
- Build an outstanding customer service experience.
Key Qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience of designing, implementing and supporting routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points, (racking, cabling, configuring, operating, monitoring and troubleshooting)
- Understanding of the following technologies: BGP routing Protocols, Layer 2 switching, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 Addressing/subnetting
- Possess network troubleshooting skills to support network operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above)
- Proficient in English. Test scores are a good guide but it¡¯s your willingness and ability to work in a multilingual, multicultural environment that¡¯s most important
Additional Skills and Experience:
Network skills equivalent to CCNP/CCIE, but could be with other vendors
