- Develop communication strategy and plans for brands and products that are consistent with the global organization¡¯s overall mission, vision and values
- Develop product strategy and new product launching plan align with Customer Mktg and Sales teams to gain MS in the market
- Set up all product target and monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance in sell in and sell out, and develop the strategy and program to increase product performance
- Develop marketing strategies and brand plans
- Evaluate and analyze competitive trends and market dynamics and makes necessary recommendations to management to ensure competitive positioning
2) ±¤°í ¹× Ä¿¹Â´ÏÄÉÀÌ¼Ç Ç÷¡´× & ½ÇÇà ¾÷¹«
- Develop integrated communication strategy including digital and action plan
- Maximize communication result with creative ideas
- Develop digital marketing advertising/promotion/contents/CRM/POSM/digital assets
- Manage agency partners
3) ¸®Àü ¹× ±Û·Î¹ú ¸¶ÄÉÆÃ ÆÀ, ŸºÎ¼¿ÍÀÇ Çù¾÷
- Develops an effective relationship with Regional and Global Marketing Team to provide local insight
- Drive cross-functional collaboration on assigned projects to deliver great work (interacting with Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Management, Finance, external agencies, etc.)

- +7 years of brand/communication experience in marketing
- Experience in management of digital ad agencies and web developers.
- Experience to coordinate and facilitating conferences, events and training would be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Good interpersonal relationship and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, often with tight deadlines
