• Purpose of the job:
Provide consulting or guide and knowledge for the development and implementation of health & hygiene programs, in accordance with company Principle and Practices, legal requirement and recognized best practices, in order to prevent any occupational illnesses and incidents of the employees and contractors, minimizes the business impact of foreseeable losses and meet legal and company requirements.
Organize and implement the activities related to health & hygiene, and impact prevention, by providing expertise, technical advice and support on occupational health management, best practices and legal compliance, in order to promote a high standard of workplace health & hygiene to the employees, legal compliance and company requirements.

• Key Responsibilities : Occupational health & safety management
- Manage and develop standard health & safety procedure
- Health & safety training material development & delivery
- Consultation & support for internal/external stakeholders
- Risk assessment & follow-up
- Leading projects & initiatives
- Compliance to requirements (local regulation / PMI / ISO)
- Internal / external audit & inspection (regulation / PMI / ISO)
- Cooperation & collaboration in EHS departmental activities
- Duties that the Occupational Health and Safety Committee(»ê¾÷¾ÈÀüº¸°ÇÀ§¿øȸ) or the labor-management consultative body(³ë»çÇùÀÇü) have deliberated on and determined, and duties prescribed in the health and safety management regulations and the rules of employment
- Assisting, advising on and guiding selecting appropriate products in purchasing protectors related to health, among the machinery, etc., which are subject to safety certification, or to voluntary safety confirmation
- Assisting, advising on and guiding assessing danger under Article 36 of the Act (»ê¾÷¾ÈÀüº¸°Ç¹ý Á¦36Á¶ – À§Ç輺Æò°¡ÀÇ ½Ç½Ã)
- Assisting, advising on and guiding posting or keeping data on health and safety in handling substances which is prepared pursuant to Article 110 of the Act (»ê¾÷¾ÈÀüº¸°Ç¹ý Á¦110Á¶ – ¹°Áú¾ÈÀüº¸°ÇÀÚ·áÀÇ ÀÛ¼º ¹× Á¦Ãâ)
- Assisting, guiding, and advising on formulating plans on health education and the conduct thereof at the place of business concerned
- Assisting and advising on inspecting facilities, such as general ventilators and local air exhausters, etc., used inside the place of business, and the technical improvement of working method
- Routinely inspecting and guiding the place of business concerned, and recommending safety measures
- Investigating and analyzing the causes of industrial accidents; and technically assisting, advising on and guiding preventing the reoccurrence
- Assisting, advising on and guiding maintaining, managing, and analyzing statistics on industrial accidents
- Assisting, advising on and guiding implementing such affairs concerning health as determined by the Act, or by any decree issued under the Act
- COVID 19 response management
- Chemical management for health
- Keeping and maintaining records of performance of duties


WHO WE¡¯RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety area
• °£È£»ç, »ê¾÷À§»ý°ü¸®»ê¾÷±â»ç, ´ë±âȯ°æ»ê¾÷±â»ç ¶Ç´Â Àΰ£°øÇбâ»ç ÀÚ°Ý ÃëµæÀÚ (Çʼö)
• Health and safety related audit, inspection, training and consulting experience
• Multi-national manufacturing company experience preferred
• Fluent in English preferred but not mandatory
