You will be part of our Project Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + operational skills to the delivery of customer + operational Excellence


Your Role
Your primary objective will be to manage operations with a focus on maintaining + increasing relationships with current/new key customer accounts, so as to ensure to high customer satisfaction, high productivity + maximum profitability. You will need to liaise with internal + external stakeholders while aligning the interests of each with our key objectives.


Your Responsibilities
To lead + manage the implementation of new accounts, clients + projects.
To coordinate with internal departments + our global network to deliver total business solutions supporting our overall business strategy.
To ensure all financial operational requirements are met at all times (including but not limited to file administration, accurate pricing, credit control, deferrals, accruals).
To oversee all sub-contract management, ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures + regulatory requirements.
To drive sales + marketing activities as required.
To deliver all leadership tasks for direct reports.
To build + maintain relationships with key contacts within customer organizations, identifying business opportunities.
To ensure that working practices + places meet QSHE/HSE standards.
