JOB SUMMARY 
The eBTQ Team manager will be responsible for eBoutique performance via contribution to initial development and 
sustainability efforts for eBoutique as well as managing division-wide digital projects with Digital PMs. 
It also continuously tracks the performance of the eBTQ of luxe division (eBTQ – D2C KPI dashboard) and analyzes the 
data to extract and share key insights to solve problems and to improve its performance creating guides and frames. 
Work closely with the Zone team to lead and initiate the digital project of zone and global level.


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

Ensure the online posting of commercial offers and update the website
-Localize & Update the website (PC/Mobile) on a global solution together with local/APAC stakeholders
-Develop new functionalities to improve the browsing experience, navigation and etc
-Improve website performance through data tracking, action plan recommendation and etc
-Configure commercial offers posted on the website, along with related tests

Monitor and enhance the online sales activity
-Track and measure the site performance to improve given KPIs: frequency, conversion rate, average order size and etc
-Optimize site usability, including A/B testing
-Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies(back-end part)
-Facilitate technology, tools, and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities 
-Leverage local constraints and maturity in e-commerce activation

Initiate eBTQ-related digital project
-Leading project and SIT test as PM
-Roll-out new features and function from DMI/Zone
-Support SFCC related projects with full ownership and solving technical issues with IT team



QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree
-Years of experience: 8+ years of experience in eCommerce & CRM IT
-Specific Career Experience
     -Good technical competencies in eCommerce ecosystem: HTML, DB, eCom platform and more
     -Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics
    -Must demonstrate a good understanding of eCommerce/CRM in the CPG industry
     -Experience in using and updating content management platforms
     -Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
     -Excellent attention to detail
     -Strong interpersonal and peer management skills
     -Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English
     -Highly collaborative personality
-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
-Other Skills: Proficient with HTML, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics any other analysis tool
